Prohibited Uses

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the cvc999 Platform:

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus (e.g., 20x, 30x, 35x the bonus amount) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, cricket betting, and other sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• A single bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You may not stack or combine multiple bonus offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

All sports bets placed on cvc999 — including cricket betting markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the point of bet placement.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only deemed accepted by cvc999 once a bet reference number has been issued and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. Until that confirmation is received, no bet contract exists between you and cvc999. cvc999 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after the start of an event or after odds have been updated.

Void Bets & Errors

cvc999 will void a bet and return the stake to the player's account in any of the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; odds were incorrectly displayed due to a manifest error; a technical fault caused a bet to be accepted at an incorrect price; or the event was not played on the scheduled date and no rescheduled date has been confirmed within 48 hours.

Casino & Slot Games

Game outcomes are generated independently of cvc999's systems and are not subject to manipulation by cvc999 or any of its employees. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the round will be resolved according to the game engine's last confirmed state. cvc999 accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

Maximum Winnings

cvc999 may apply maximum single-transaction or single-session winning limits to specific games or betting markets. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum for a single bet or game session will be capped at the published maximum, with any excess amount above the cap being void and not payable.

cvc999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where cvc999 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Suspicious betting patterns consistent with match-fixing, arbitrage, or coordinated bonus abuse have been detected.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires account suspension or closure.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your cvc999 account at any time by contacting our support team via in-platform live chat. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your designated bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account within five business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Self-Exclusion

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless cvc999 and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right in connection with your use of cvc999.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the cvc999 Platform shall first be referred to cvc999 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for final resolution. cvc999 will always attempt to resolve disputes fairly and transparently.
